Do you sell empty labels that can be written on?
We generally encourage customers to purchase them from stationery shops as they are more cost efficient. However, should you require stickers of a specific size or shape, we’re more than happy to cut the stickers to your needs for you – just note that higher level of customisation would mean higher cost!
Do you do free test prints?
We do not offer free test prints as we are a local smaller establishment.
That said, we understand that most of our customers are also SME. As such, on a case by case basis, we can allow customers to pay for a test print to try on their product, and then a small portion of that initially payment (mainly labor cost) is refunded when the client confirm their sticker printing order.
Can I print labels for my kids’ school use then?
Yes! We welcome orders of any sizes. However please do take note that we do not do designing, so we will require fully ready-to-print artworks. Canva.com would be a suitable site to make printable drafts of your stickers
Can you please design for me if I am willing to pay?
We apologise sincerely, but as printers, we are not design trained, and you would do better ordering them from existing designers who offer their services for cheap online. Sites like fiverr.com can be really helpful in these instance
Can I get in a partnership printing agreement with Magic Print?
